The 2025 Qingdao Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Spring Job Fair was held on Feb 14.
On Feb 6, the Qingdao Free Trade Zone welcomed its first foreign-invested enterprise after the 2025 Spring Festival, successfully issuing its business license.
Since January this year, the Qingdao FTZ has been actively attracting talent by launching the Qingdao FTZ Talents Service Card, holding talent symposiums, and establishing the Overseas Talent Entrepreneurial Park.

The 2025 Urban Innovation Development and International Cooperation Conference, held on Jan 7 in Shenzhen city, Southern China's Guangdong province, honored the Qingdao Free Trade Zone with the title of "2024 Benchmark Zone for International Business Environment Development in China".
The Qingdao Municipal Organization Department, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Finance Bureau launched the "Performance Evaluation and Reward Plan for Qingdao Talent Parks," assessing 10 talent parks.
