Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, or Qingdao FTZ, celebrated the grand opening of VX Cold Chain Logistics' new durian super factory on July 23. Leveraging Qingdao's strategic location as an international transportation hub and its robust maritime logistics infrastructure, the facility aims to revolutionize the durian industry and cold chain logistics in Northern China.
The state-of-the-art facility integrates every aspect of the durian supply chain, from import and storage of raw materials to processing, quality control, product development, e-commerce live streaming, and express delivery packaging.
Equipped with fully automated durian flesh packaging lines and operating procedures, the factory is committed to maintaining optimal durian quality.
VX Cold Chain Logistics' precision temperature control technology ensures a constant temperature of 18 degrees centigrade below zero, with end-to-end temperature data visibility. This guarantees product integrity throughout the entire journey from factory to consumer.
With a daily processing capacity exceeding 10 metric tons and an annual output surpassing 3,000 tons, the factory is poised to significantly impact the market.
Future plans include collaborations with online influencers to further boost sales. The factory anticipates over 3 million orders, solidifying its position as a comprehensive durian supply chain hub.
