Agibot set a Guinness World Record on Oct 24 for the most simultaneous dancing robots, with 110 Expedition A3 humanoid robots bending their knees, extending their arms, and spinning in Jinan, Shandong province.

Manufactured at the Shandong Embodied Intelligence Industrial Base in Tianqiao district, the robots performed synchronized movements and complex formation changes, demonstrating the capabilities of mass-produced humanoid robots designed for commercial use.

LinkBots, Agibot's self-developed fleet management and scheduling system, powered the performance and enabled millisecond-level synchronization. A dual-module 5G architecture ensured reliable communications, while a fault-compensation mechanism helped prevent an individual robot's disconnection from disrupting the overall formation.

The robots autonomously exited their shipping cases, calibrated their positions, and moved into formation without manual remote control, demonstrating their readiness for rapid deployment. The robots also feature a dual-battery system that enables battery swaps in about 10 seconds and up to 10 hours of operation, with their positioning accuracy within 10 centimeters.

The achievement highlights the industrial base's progress in scaling up production while maintaining consistency across manufactured units. The facility completed its first phase in April, and in September, 300 robots rolled off its production line.

The base aims to produce 20,000 robots annually by the end of 2028, with an annual output value of at least 6 billion yuan ($899.74 million).
