Gloria Amoah Ojo Johnson, general manager of the Ashanti Regional Branch of OmniBSIC Bank in Ghana and secretary-general of the Ashanti Regional Association of Blocks and Bricks, sees strong potential for business cooperation between Ghana and Linyi, Shandong province.

Speaking on the sidelines of the fourth Linyi Trade City International Sourcing Conference, which is being held from Oct 28 to 30, Johnson said that Linyi's industrial strengths align with Ghana's needs in areas such as construction, chemicals, fertilizers, agriculture and machinery.

She also expressed interest in helping Linyi companies establish factories in Africa, saying such cooperation could create mutually beneficial opportunities for both sides.

The conference has attracted more than 2,000 international buyers from over 110 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Africa and the Middle East, along with more than 4,000 domestic purchasers, providing a platform for domestic and international businesses to connect and explore cooperation opportunities.
