The 3rd Linyi Trade City International Sourcing Conference opened on Oct 10 in Linyi, East China's Shandong province, with all 17 of its special sessions ready to welcome global buyers.

The event invited over 2,000 international buyers from 99 countries and regions, a record high. More than 2,800 suppliers will showcase a wide range of products, including hardware, home furnishings, stationery, daily necessities, and second-hand cars.

Since late September, Lanshan district has been focusing on key projects to improve the quality of its commercial market. It has also introduced special policies to attract international buyers and build a global trade network.

Special sessions offer diverse spaces for business discussions. For example, an activity organized by Linyi's Lantian Group has set up 108 booths with over 100 exhibitors. In addition, many sessions include market and factory visits for global buyers, providing high-quality services to improve the success rate of business deals.

"This is our third time participating in the conference. Several newly developed products will debut during the event," said a manager from an outdoor products production enterprise in Shandong, which just joined the Lanhua (Malaysia) Overseas Mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
