Shandong firm makes waves in global markets

In Peru, Shandong-based Weichai Group signed a cooperation agreement with Modasa Group, and Sinotruk (Peru) Co Ltd, a subsidiary of SHI Group, was established. In Chile, 895 Zhongtong electric buses were delivered.
High-quality products and a unique management approach are the key to SHI Group's thrive. It has broken down internal barriers, turning individual strengths into collective power. This initiative reflects a modern understanding of global competition, where success depends on collaboration and ecosystem building, not just products and prices.
SHI Group has developed four collaborative models: Direct, indirect, project-based, and platform-based. These models enhance resource sharing and efficiency. A "quantitative incentive" policy ensures that collaboration is rewarded, motivating frontline staff.
From January to July, export revenue grew by 5.1 percent, with heavy-duty truck exports accounting for 62 percent of the national total. Regional markets saw significant growth, with the Americas up 47 percent and Europe up 38 percent.
