What happens when an Asia-Pacific networking event takes on the lively feel of a local market?

Held in Jinan on Sept 2 alongside the Asia-Pacific Civil Society Conference, the event brought together more than 300 guests from 36 countries, with over 70 businesses, industry groups and civil society organizations showcasing products, technologies and cooperation opportunities.

From high-tech solutions and advanced manufacturing to specialty agriculture, traditional crafts and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) experiences, the event offered a window into Shandong's industries and culture.

Participants connected, exchanged ideas and explored opportunities for cooperation in trade, investment, technology, agriculture, healthcare and culture.

The Asia-Pacific Civil Society Conference took place in Shandong from Sept 1 to 3. The conference featured more than 10 high-level events, including an opening ceremony, parallel forums and China-US youth exchanges, bringing together diverse voices to promote dialogue, people-to-people exchange and cooperation across the Asia-Pacific region.
