Shandong Heavy Industry Group (SDHI) launched its green smart product exhibition in Hanoi, Vietnam, on July 21, marking the company's first overseas exhibition focusing on new energy and digitalization. The two-day event, themed "Tech Empowers, Future Equipped", brought together partners from 62 countries worldwide.

Weichai Group, a core subsidiary of SDHI, debuted five technologies at the exhibition: a pure electric system, a hybrid power system, a PEM fuel cell system, alternative-fuel internal combustion engines, and an intelligent driver assistance system. These technologies highlight Weichai's advanced strategic positioning in the global green equipment sector.

Weichai also showcased its comprehensive new energy portfolio, including batteries, motors, and electronic controls suitable for heavy-duty trucks, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and vessels.

In the power and energy sector, the company unveiled a microgrid solution integrating hybrid stations, mobile photovoltaics, energy storage, and solid oxide fuel cell systems, targeting data centers, zero‑carbon parks, and remote mining operations with reliable, low‑cost, low‑emission power.

The two-day exhibition featured 145 exhibits from SDHI across seven business segments and 13 brands, covering power systems, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, warehouse solutions, and power and energy products.
