An exhibition on ancient Chinese ritual vessels opened at the Confucius Museum in Qufu, Shandong province on May 18 in honor of International Museum Day.
The exhibition features 160 cultural relics, including 89 porcelain artifacts from the Jingdezhen Imperial Kiln Institute and 71 ritual vessels from the Confucius Museum. It traces the evolution of Chinese ritual vessels from the Song and Yuan dynasties (960–1368) to the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368–1911).
