The 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) will take place from May 21 to 25 in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. Shandong will present cutting‑edge AI models and big‑data platforms that bring its ancient heritage into the digital era at the event.
A key feature is the Digital Confucius AI model. Trained on classic texts, images, and videos, this 3D life‑like avatar can converse naturally with visitors in both Chinese and English, sharing the sage's wisdom. Another centerpiece is the "Shandong cultural model" — a digital encyclopedia of Shandong’s cultural heritage. It offers features such as cultural knowledge Q&A, virtual meetings with historical figures, and animated landscapes.
On the data integration front, Shandong-based Inspur's "cultural heritage big data platform" creates a unified one-map system for national, provincial, municipal, and county‑level relics, enabling dynamic management and panoramic visualization. For global outreach, China Translation & Media Tech has developed an AI‑powered international communication matrix that covers 22 countries and 12 languages, reaching millions through over 1,000 overseas accounts.
Additionally, the Tiangong Kaiwu AI model from Shandong University of Art & Design is China's first AIGC platform dedicated to traditional crafts. It can generate original intangible cultural heritage designs while fully verifying copyrights. These initiatives collectively demonstrate how Shandong is transforming cultural data into creative and economic value.
