Xu Miaoyun, born into an Indonesian martial arts family, came to Rizhao, East China's Shandong province, for training and decided to stay for university.

Now a student and dedicated practitioner, she is embracing Chinese culture in all its forms and becoming a cultural ambassador between the two nations.
