Jesper Jos Olsson of White Peak, the largest Swedish real estate company investing in China, spoke highly of Yantai's efforts to attract investment and boost the economy. 

"Yantai's government has always done what they said they will, and we have had a very strong relationship for many years," he said at an interview with China Daily.
