Qingdao FTZ fosters cluster of innovative tech firms
Chuangxinhui Industrial Park in the Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Qingdao FTZ) is fostering a growing cluster of technology companies in integrated circuits, intelligent manufacturing and life sciences.
The park now hosts more than 40 companies. By providing specialized industrial space, comprehensive amenities and tailored support, it helps small and medium-sized technology firms overcome early-stage challenges and supports the growth of emerging industries.
The park offers flexible facilities tailored to companies' production and R&D needs, along with customized renovation and technical support. It also provides talent apartments and shared meeting spaces, while employees can access housing, education, healthcare, sports and leisure facilities in the surrounding Sino-German Ecopark.
Meanwhile, the Qingdao FTZ has introduced more than 30 targeted industrial subsidy policies to support companies and strengthen links across industrial chains.
The development of Chuangxinhui reflects the zone's efforts to foster small, specialized and innovative technology firms and cultivate new growth drivers for the regional economy.
