The 2025 East Asia Marine Expo was in Qingdao, Shandong, from Sept 7 to 9, drawing visitors and experts eager to the latest in marine technology. As a key event of the 2025 Global Ocean Development Forum, the expo displayed the latest in the marine industry.  

With five main exhibition areas, the event brought together over 450 companies and institutions showing breakthroughs in marine technology, high-end equipment, and biopharmaceuticals. From advanced underwater drones to sustainable ocean energy, the expo shows a lively future of the marine economy.  

This gathering not only strengthened regional cooperation in East Asia but also highlighted Qingdao's leading role in building a technology-driven blue future.
