Experience cloisonne enamel beauty in Qingdao
The century-old Museum of the Former German Governor's House will host a hands-on workshop celebrating the ancient art of cloisonne enamel, a precious intangible cultural heritage (ICH) item, on Sept 6.
The session, led by museum educators, will introduce participants to the enamel technique of the Yellow River Basin and guide them in crafting cloisonne roses. Registration is open to the public; the event runs from 9:30 to 11:30.
