Beijing Capital Airlines inaugurated a direct service between London Gatwick Airport and Qingdao in East China's Shandong province at the London terminal on June 28.

The new route, established following the successful operation of the airline's existing service between London Heathrow Airport and Qingdao, signifies the achievement of "dual-airport operations" in the United Kingdom market, as the airline now operates from two major airports in the country.
