Belt and Road Cross-border Credit Cooperation Conference held in Qingdao
The Belt and Road Cross-border Credit Cooperation Conference and the Credit Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Cross-border Service Promotion Conference were held in the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area, also known as SCODA, on May 29.
The events, featuring the theme "Enhancing cross-border credit cooperation to expand global market services", aimed to deepen international cooperation in cross-border credit services and assist enterprises in expanding their global market presence.
During the events, the Blue Book on Credit SCO was officially released. The Blue Book provides detailed information on the overall credit development of the SCO, member countries' credit development, Credit SCO platform, as well as the construction of other cross-border credit systems in China, specific real-world applications, and case studies, offering comprehensive data and development frameworks for cross-border cooperation.
Personnel at the Credit SCO Cross-border Credit Service Platform introduced the "Digital Trade - Global Enterprise Identification Code Rules". This code will become the first domestically developed global enterprise identification code, widely used in commercial cooperation, financial audits, customs clearance, and other situations, enabling precise identification of global enterprises and promoting the standardization of global digital trade.
Over 10 domestic and foreign institutions signed the Belt and Road Cross-border Credit Cooperation Strategic Agreement. In the future, all parties will leverage their respective strengths to achieve industry synergy and business linkage, promoting international exchanges and cooperation in the cross-border credit industry.
To date, Credit SCO platform has accumulated data from 6 billion active enterprises in 216 countries and regions worldwide, including over 80 percent of active enterprises in SCO member countries, and has provided over a million global enterprise credit reports.
