Yu Ruibo, male, Han nationality, born in February 1971, postgraduate of the Party School of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, a holder of a bachelor's degree of law and a Party member, serves as vice-mayor and is a member of the leading Party members group of the Qingdao Municipal People's Government. He is also a director, Party chief and inspector general of the Qingdao Municipal Public Security Bureau, and serves as deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee.
