Established in 1953, No 2 Engineering Co Ltd of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co Ltd (中交一航局第二工程有限公司) is a state-owned large-scale integrated construction company. 

The company has built a large number of domestic and overseas hydraulic projects, such as the Port of Qingdao, Weihai Bridge, the Malta 300,000-ton dry dock, and Macao International Airport.
