Laoling Film Studio in Dezhou, Shandong province, the largest cultural and educational film base in Northern China, is set to officially open on May 1.

It is now in the spotlight due to this year's spring blockbuster, Detective Chinatown 1900. The production team spent seven months meticulously recreating 1900s San Francisco, allowing people to explore the authentic sets and participate in immersive activities from over 100 years ago.
