A new direct flight route from Jinan to Incheon, South Korea, was launched on April 21, making travel between the two cities more convenient.

Operated by South Korea's KY Air, the route provides four daily flights – two in each direction – using an Airbus A320 aircraft with a capacity of up to 180 passengers. The service is designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers.

South Korea and East China's Shandong province maintain strong cultural and economic ties. The new route will further enhance people-to-people exchanges and trade cooperation, while enabling same-day round-trip travel between the two cities.

Jinan, capital of Shandong, plans to continue expanding its network of international routes to strengthen global connectivity and support high-quality regional development.
