The Voice of Bath singing competition, held at the Edge Theater in the University of Bath on Jan 17, brought together musical talent from the university and the local Chinese communities.

Co-hosted by the Jinan International Communication Center in China and the Chinese Students and Scholars Association of the University of Bath, the event garnered an enthusiastic response and featured a diverse array of musical performances.

Located in the southwest of the United Kingdom, the city of Bath is one of the most popular tourism cities in the country. It is also the only city in the UK with natural hot springs.

Jinan and Bath established sister city ties in 2017 and have cooperated closely in areas related to spring water, education and application for the list of world heritage items. The singing contest deepened friendly relationships between the two cities and promoted mutual cultural understanding.
