Jinan government emphasized the importance of handling imported cold-chain food to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at a news conference on April 8.

Imported products, cold-chain food and high-risk non-cold-chain container goods are required to be put into centralized management warehouses and all the imported express packages and high-risk non-cold-chain container goods must be stored for at least 10 days before being sold or used.

Vehicles coming from high-risk zones must be thoroughly disinfected. For inbound flights, closed-loop transshipment management will be tightly enforced.

Additionally, the city has made an interactive map of nucleic acid testing services available to residents. The map shows 187 nucleic acid testing service providers, 65 of which are open 24 hours a day.
