Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, will open 131 air routes, linking 83 cities during the upcoming summer-autumn aviation season, which typically begins at the end of March and lasts until Oct 30.

Compared with the same period last year, nine domestic cities will be added to the list of the air routes, including Lhasa, Wuyishan, Xichang, Ningbo, Ulanhot, Tongliao, Jingzhou, Enshi and Jinggangshan. Among them, Ulanhot has been added to the list for the first time.

Nearly five to seven round-trip flights will be offered per day averagely from Jinan to the domestic cities of Shanghai, Changchun, Fuzhou, Wuhan, and Nanning.
