Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, opened three additional nighttime bus routes linking major attractions, night markets, and commercial areas to boost nighttime consumption.

The buses on one of the lines are designed in the style of buses used during the Republic of China (1912-1949) period.

The new route is a one-way circuit route stopping at popular attractions such as Daming Lake, Five Dragon Pool, Quancheng Square, Furong Alley, and Jiefang Pavilion. It runs from 19:00 to 24:00 and tickets cost 2 yuan ($0.28).
