At the beginning of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30) period, the Tai'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone has focused on project construction as the main driver for high-quality development and creating new quality productive forces. Centered on its modern industrial system, the zone is experiencing significant construction activity across key sites.

Major projects are moving forward. The Hebang Biotech Industrial Park is progressing, with main workshops rising and production lines ordered. From evaluation to contract signing took just 18 days, and from land auction to groundbreaking, less than three months — a new "high-tech zone speed".

Taikai Intelligent Tech Park resumed full work early, pushing forward three workshops at once. Other projects in energy storage, smart grid equipment, and microgrids are also advancing quickly.

The zone ensures smooth project implementation through full-lifecycle services, including "one-stop integrated processing" and "land acquisition with immediate start". Services like multi-permit delivery and same-day land-to-permit are now standard, as seen with Jingnong Energy's project — from land acquisition to production in just six months. Idle land is being revitalized to provide quality space for new projects.

Several new energy and smart equipment projects, including Jiaqiang Electric's new energy storage and power distribution cabinets, are being accelerated, jointly creating a solid foundation for developing new productive forces.

Innovation drives transformation. Hebang Biotech enhances collaboration between industry, academia, and research, while Kunshang Smart Grid introduces automated lines and MES systems. Taikai applies PLM and CRM to advance in the value chain.

With a focused approach, the zone aims for early completion and operation of projects — Hebang Biotech to launch in August, Taikai in September, and Kunshang to pass acceptance in June. Tai'an high-tech zone continues to enhance its business environment and fuel new quality productive forces.
