A winter shopping festival themed "Yellow River Fair" was launched in Dawenkou town of Daiyue district, Tai'an on Dec 8.

Various handmade products, delicacies and intangible cultural heritages were showcased at the fair. Local specialties such as wine, green vegetables, and steamed buns were available for purchase. Traditional crafts like handmade pottery were also displayed.

Zhang Yurong, a local resident, said that the fair not only allows local people to experience the local culture but also enjoy delicious food and purchase high-quality and affordable products.

An organizer from the Daiyue district authority said that a series of fairs with strong cultural and local flavors will be organized.
