Autumn is when the ginko trees found at Yuquan temple come to life and are at their golden yellow best.

Those that wander the temple are able to pause for respite in the calm atmosphere. [Photo/Wang Lishan]

Visitors to the temple sit beneath the branches which sway back and forth in the calm breeze, as they spend the afternoon drinking tea and playing cards with friends.
