The China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area, or Qingdao FTZ, became a member of the Yellow River Basin Pilot Free Trade Zone Alliance at the alliance's launch ceremony in Jinan, Shandong province on Aug 23.

A conference was held on Aug 19 to celebrate the third anniversary of the construction and development of the Qingdao Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, or Qingdao FTZ.
Qingdao FTZ has made 176 institutional innovation achievements and 132 of them have been replicated and promoted in Qingdao West Coast New Area.
A new shopping complex is under construction in the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone Qingdao Area, or Qingdao FTZ, and its main structure is planned to be completed this year.
