As the service platform for this card, Better Link Talent Apartments offers cardholders rental discounts of up to 50 percent, providing a solid foundation for talent to settle in the zone.
Focusing on the core needs of overseas returnee talent in "housing + social interaction + entrepreneurship", the apartments are managed by a state-owned platform company in the zone. They provide a comprehensive service platform with fully furnished units ready for immediate occupancy. In the first three quarters of this year, the average occupancy rate was over 91 percent.
